Instructions
- 1
If using fresh peaches, peel if desired, remove the pits, and slice. Frozen peaches can go straight into the blender.
- 2
Add the peaches, yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla, cinnamon (if using), and ice to a blender.
- 3
Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, 30–60 seconds. Add a splash more milk if the blender needs help, or blend a little longer for a thicker pour.
- 4
Pour into glasses, garnish with a fresh peach slice, and serve immediately.
Cook's tips
- → For a frosty, milkshake-thick texture, freeze fresh peach slices ahead of time and skip the ice.
- → Out of fresh peaches? Use 2 cups frozen peach slices and reduce or omit the ice.
- → Dairy-free swap: use coconut or almond yogurt and oat milk — the smoothie stays just as creamy.
- → Add 1 tbsp chia seeds, ground flax, or a scoop of vanilla protein powder for extra staying power.
