Ingredients
- •12 oz linguine
- •1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- •4 tbsp butter
- •3 tbsp olive oil
- •6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- •1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- •1/2 cup dry white wine
- •Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- •1/4 cup chopped parsley
- •Salt, pepper, parmesan

Cook linguine in salted water 1 minute less than package time. Reserve 1 cup pasta water; drain.

Pat shrimp dry, season with salt and pepper.

Melt 2 tbsp butter with oil over medium-high. Sear shrimp 1 minute per side until just pink; transfer out.

Reduce heat to medium; add garlic and pepper flakes, cook 30 seconds. Pour in wine, simmer 2 minutes.

Add remaining butter, lemon juice, and pasta. Toss with splashes of pasta water until silky.

Return shrimp, add zest and parsley. Serve with parmesan.
